Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you experience a change of mind, we’re happy to offer a store credit (excluding original shipping costs) provided all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Timeframe:
  2. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  3. Condition:
    1. Item must be in the same condition it was received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
    2. You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Exclusions:
    1. Final-sale items (clearance, heavily discounted).
    2. Hygiene-sensitive items, such as earrings.
    3. Gift cards.

    2. Pack your item securely, with RA number and proof of purchase.
    3. Ship to: Sage House Returns

    4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. If your item is faulty, we’ll cover return postage.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, if your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, you’re entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit (including original shipping). Please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
